Varsteel Ltd., headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, is excited to announce its newest acquisition of PACIFIC STEEL, ACIER PACIFIQUE, of Laval, Quebec.

The Pacific Steel acquisition continues Varsteel’s expansion of products and fulfills a strategic growth objective by establishing a comprehensive range of structural steel products from coast to coast. Pacific Steel will operate independently as a subsidiary of Varsteel Ltd.
