VARSTEEL LTD., headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, is excited to announce its newest acquisition of RELIABLE TUBE INC., in Langley, BC and SPARTAN METAL PROCESSING LTD., in Kelowna, BC.

This strategic acquisition strengthens our coast-to-coast presence and enhances our ability to meet the growing demands of our customers. Together, we are positioned to offer a more comprehensive range of structural steel products, expanded processing services, improved supply chain efficiency and faster delivery timelines. Reliable Tube & Spartan Metal Processing will operate independently as a subsidiary of Varsteel Ltd. The existing management and team members will continue to run the daily operations.

Spartan Metal Processing operates from Kelowna, BC and offers a wide range of metal processing services. Together, they bring a team of 55 dedicated employees.
