Varsteel Ltd. Expands Coast-to-Coast with Strategic Acquisition of ACIER QUEBEC-MARITIMES INC. 

VARSTEEL LTD., headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Acier Quebec-Maritimes Inc., in Rivière-du-Loup, located on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River in Quebec. 

Acier Quebec-Maritimes further expands our market presence in the Province of Quebec, building on our two most recent acquisitions, Victoria Steel (Acier Victoria) in Victoriaville and Pacific Steel (Acier Pacifique) in Laval. 

Founded in 1970, Acier Quebec-Maritimes operates a full-line steel and aluminum service center, serving customers across Quebec and the Maritime Provinces.

This strategic move strengthens Varsteel’s coast-to-coast footprint and enhances its ability to meet the growing demands of customers across Canada and the United States.
